Metro Nashville Cops Arrest Man For Burning Courthouse

One of the men featured in a widely circulated video of the burning of the Nashville courthouse has been jailed.

Police along with SWAT Teams arrested Wesley Somers of Madison after given help identifying him through tips from the community. The 25 year old is jailed and a $255,000 bond has been set.

Somers is being charged with felony arson, vandalism, and disorderly conduct. He has a previous arrest in 2016 for shooting heroin in a car at a Walmart parking lot with two young children in the car.

These are the images that spread throughout social media showing what is believed to be Somers committing the act (he is shirtless in the video).
