Rucker and Paisley To Make Nashville's Nissan Stadium A Drive-In Concert

It's music city. And where there's a will, there's away. Just when we thought that live concerts and public gatherings couldn't happen because of the coronavirus, it's Brad Paisley and Darius Rucker to the rescue.

The three night concert series, July 10 through the 12th, will feature a different performer live in the parking lot of Nissan stadium each night. Jon Pardi will be the headliner on Friday night. Brad Paisley gets Saturday night honors. And on Sunday night, Darius Rucker rounds out the event.

Live nation has described the event as contactless, with tickets being scanned from behind your closed car window. Concert goers will have a marked off space where they can tailgate and enjoy the music with giant video screens and speakers throughout the parking lot. No need to tune your radio to hear what's going on (like a drive-in movie).

Tickets will cost $125 per car, with a maximum of four people per car. There are special tiers of parking. Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday at LiveNation.com/DriveIn
