A Nashville store is in trouble for one sign they wouldn't put up, and for another sign they did put up. A civil warrant has been requested by the Metro Health Department after the Lewis Country Store did not have a "face masks are mandatory" sign mandated by current phase of the covid-19 laws. No fines were issued.
