Nashville Welcomes Back Elliston Place Soda Shop

The original EP Soda Shop

Miss Linda and the Ellington Place Soda Shop are back again in Nashville. After a disappearance from the rock block in midtown Nashville, the icon Is shiny and new again. The newly renovated shop looks right out of another era, where milkshakes and jukeboxes were as smart as music players got.

While the look and feel of the shop are the same as 1939 when the original opened, there are definitely some new twists that make this a bucket list stop for lunch in Nashville. In addition to the Southern eatery favorites like fries and those famous pies, the restaurant is serving up something different with the shakes. Milkshakes can now be booze-infused because Elliston has a full-fledged bar.

And each booth features a refurbished Wurlitzer jukebox that plays songs for your table.
