It appears the Predators have locked down their number 1 goaltender Juuse Saros. Reports are that he and the club avoided going to arbitration by agreeing on a 4 yr deal.

Money isn't out yet, but it's rumored a deal would be above $5 million a year.

With Nashville legend Pekka Rinne in retirement, Juuse Saros is the goalie of "Now" for the team. This past season they rode him to the playoffs on an incredible 21-11-1 run. His .927 save percentage firmly placed him as a top 5 goalie among those with 20 starts.
