Corrine Voeller is a marriage counselor and professional speaker about the subject. On Tik Tok, she gave a peak into a major lots of wives have.
“This is one of the top things I hear from women as a complaint — saying that their husbands are waiting for them to tell them what needs to be done,” she said in a TikTok video.
So "division of duties" is a big problem. Comments were interesting:
“Passive responsibility people don’t carry the mental load active responsibility people do."
“Are all men the same?!?! my husband says ‘just ask, I’ll do anything’ I DON’T WANT TO HAVE TO ASK, WE’RE SUPPOSED TO BE PARTNERS,”
