It was just a passing reference, but we found out Kristen Bell and Dax Sheppard have purchased a place on Old Hickory Lake, becoming just the latest celebs to find middle Tennessee irresistible.
Dax was talking to Nashville Comedian/Actor John Early on his Armchair Expert podcast, when Dax slipped in a nugget about always wanting a house on the lake and that he and Kristen purchased a place recently. It comes at the 9:09 mark of the episode.
Dax: So you're from Nashville?
John: Yup.
Dax: OK, we just bought property there.
John: Why?
Dax: I wanna live on a lake.
John: Percy Priest Lake?
Dax: Old Hickory.
They won't be alone. Dolly has a house on Old Hickory lake. That's where Johnny Cash's house is. And Kelly Clarkson was there for a while too.
