Hair product check time. If you use dry shampoo, see if yours is one of six brands that have been voluntarily pulled from the shelves of stores by manufacturer Unilever. There is a risk that extremely high levels of benzene, which causes cancer in humans. This comes amidst a report from the US Food and Drug Association. The company did a test of their own products and found that the benzene came from the propellant.

The list of recalled products include Suave, Dove, Nexxus, TIGI (Rockaholic and Bed Head) and Tresemmé dry shampoo aerosols made before to October 2021. Stores have been ordered to take them off the shelves.
The company said in a statement: "Unilever US is recalling these products out of an abundance of caution. Unilever has received no reports of adverse events to date relating to this recall."
