There's an ad agency in New Zealand that has started an initiative to improve the environment - they are paying their employees to bike to work instead of drive!
Make Collective, located in Christchurch, made the announcement last week - and all but ONE employee started biking to work!
Christchurch is the most cyclists in any New Zealand city and it even has 13 major cycling routes - so it makes sense that so many people would jump on the cycling initiative!
Not only does it help the environment, but the employees also stated that it made them more energetic during the work day.
I personally love the idea! Getting paid to exercise? Sign me up!!
