Nashville Shooter Deemed Competent to Face Charges

The Waffle House shooting case is back in court after Travis Reinking was committed to a mental hospital two months ago. A judge committed him for treatment of schizophrenia, which delayed court proceedings. But mental health officials have no deemed him competent to face his charges in court.

He is accused of killing DeEbony Groves, Akilah DaSilva, Joe R. Perez, and Taurean C. Sanderlin at an Antioch Waffle House back in April and is charged with 4 counts of murder, 4 counts of attempted murder and unlawful gun possession.
