Peyton Manning is coming back to the University of Tennessee.
But not as a head coach or consultant, as people have sometimes speculated/wanted/prayed for.
The former UT quarterback and future NFL Hall of Famer is opening a Western-themed restaurant called Saloon 16, in what is currently a Hilton Garden Inn near the university.
The hotel, which was recently purchased by The Graduate Hotels group, will ultimately be a 112-room hotel with Peyton's restaurant and an in-hotel coffee shop.
It's set to be completed and open by the Spring of 2020.
