Erramatti Mangayamma (74) and Yaramati Sitarama Rajarao (78) had tried unsuccessfully to conceive a child throughout their 57-year-marriage but this year they got their wish!
They conceived through IVF and had full-term twin girls through cesarean section. Erramatti is officially the oldest woman to ever give birth.
She had to pass a psychological exam to make sure she was "mentally prepared" to be a mom and they had a team of 10 doctors helping with the pregnancy and delivery but they're all doing great!
