The world was shocked and devastated after news broke Sunday morning that NBA legend Kobe Bryant and his 13 year old daughter Gianna were killed in a helicopter crash -- and now fans are calling on the NBA commissioner to cancel the games while players mourn the monumental loss. Heartbreaking videos of players crying as they learned/tried to cope with the news quickly went viral.
While the games did go on as scheduled, several of them began with 24-second and 8-second violations [in honor of Kobe's jersey numbers].
