When a disaster hits your backyard, its hard to know exactly how you can help. While we are all still processing our emotions following the Christmas Day bombing downtown, we want you to know that there are plenty of ways that you can help your fellow Nashvillians.
Donate
- Donate to the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee's Nashville Neighbors Fund. The fund will offer grants to nonprofits providing service for immediate and long-terms needs related to the explosion
- CRC is collecting disaster cleanup items such as trash cans, brooms, and gloves as well as first responder items including flash lights and chapsticks
- Donate to the United Way's Restore the Dream Fund by visiting unitedwaygreaternashville.org or texting "RESTORE20" to 41444
- Donate to the Box 55 Association
- Assist the homeless population by donating to Cold Weather Nashville
- Donate to the 2nd Avenue Restoration
Volunteer
- Create relief & hygiene kits through Hands on Nashville
- Join Bliss and The Trash Plant to redistribute food to those in need
- Volunteer through the Red Cross by checking their online resources or calling 1-800-HELP-NOW
Purchase an Item
- Project 615 is donating 100% of the funds from the purchase of a Nashville Strong t-shirt to the small businesses and individuals impacted by the explosion
- Purchase any item from the Nashville TN store. 100% of the profits from sales through January 3rd will be donated to the victims
- Purchase a Nashville Support bracelet. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Lee Family and the employees of Simply the Best $10 Boutique/Ensemble

- The Red Cross is asking displaced residents to call 1-800-RED-CROSS to contact a case worker
- Forgiveable Assistance is available from the Nashville 30-day Fund
- Frothy Monkey is offering a free coffee to first responders on 12/29 until 3pm
- The Nashville Street Barbers are offering free haircuts to anyone in need on Monday nights from 6-8pm at the McKendree Methodist Church
- The Nashville Community Fridge is free and available 24/7 to anyone in need
