The family of a 5-month-old baby experienced a very scary moment that was all caught on their baby monitor.
It was early in the night when a tree fell on top of the Buchholtz house, right above their baby's room.
Courtney and Kale Buchholtz had just put their baby, Cannon, down for bed and sat on the couch to relax when they heard the massive crash. They originally thought the crash came from lightning caused by a nasty storm outside, but a look at the baby monitor on their phone showed debris falling on their child. They immediately jumped up and ran to grab their baby from the crib.
The 5-month-old was obviously shaken, but thankfully unharmed. A shock, considering the oak tree that fell on the house had lead to the ceiling fan falling, sheetrock dislodging, and insulation to fly all over baby Cannon's room.
The family has evacuated the house until it's fixed and are happy to be together.
