A tractor trailer hauling Publix Potato Bites overturned on I-40 eastbound near the I-24 split at Exit 211.
The crash happened shortly after 10am this morning (August 22nd), and I-40 is closed indefinitely due to diesel fuel spilling into the roadway
Traffic is being diverted onto I-24, and the on-ramp to I-40 EB from 2nd/4th Avenue is closed as well.
Three people were taking to the hospital following the crash, and their condition is unknown at this time.
