grand tasting & Iron fork
Saturday will host the festival’s Grand Tasting with sampling booths from 80+ local restaurants, wines, and beverage brands. Guests will get to watch the Iron Fork Chef Competition, presented by US FOODS, and Mixology Competition take place, bid in our chef’s plate charity auction, experience sommelier-led wine seminars, presented by Corkdorks, try dozens of wines, cocktails and local sips while enjoying unlimited food. FOOD FAIRE
Eat and shop until you drop at Food Faire, a gourmet market of locally made provisions. Peruse dozens of vendors selling goods, snacks and specialty treats. Munch it up at the VIP Brunch Garden, presented by Puckett’s Restaurant, then stop by the cookbook corner for signings some of your favorite local cookbook authors! Sip and stroll as you take in exciting entertainment on our main stage, like local chef demonstrations, interactive seminars, beverage sampling, live music and more. See more details.

Exceptional restaurants and chefs will invite guests to indulge in specialty pairings dinners across the city at select establishments during the week leading up to the festival weekend. Dinners will be hosted on Tuesday April 22 - Thursday April 24 and will feature unique beverage pairings, chef led conversations, specialty menus, collaborations and more. See more details.
