Woman Uses Hair Tool to Make Chicken

By Jessica Jurczak
Mar 27, 2018

Helen Rosner, a food writer for "The New Yorker," shared this trick on Twitter. She uses a hairdryer to remove all moisture from chicken before she cooks it to make it crispier!

She uses her hairdryer on the cool setting but you can still get away with it if your model doesn't have the setting. ALSO - the one she uses costs $400 but she said you can use any hairdryer!
