New Nashville Walkable Community Being Built in the Nations

A 40-acre walkable community is currently in development in the Nations. Fortunately, the construction will preserve up to 70% of the old buildings that are currently there, including a silo that has been there since the 1800s!
There will be 400 homes available with the first tenants being able to move in on August 1st. Since it's a walkable community, there will be parks and walking trails connecting everything.
In typical Nashville fashion, there will also be a stage for outdoor concerts!
