The free sample line at a Columbia, SC Costco turned into a fist fight! Apparently a 72-year-old man cut in front of a 70-year-old man who was waiting in line for a free cheese sample. The same man then cut in front of him AGAIN in the cheeseburger sample line. The two exchanged angry words and then a punch was thrown.
The employee working the cheeseburger stand confirmed that the 72-year-old (in a Hawaiian shirt) smacked the 70-year-old causing his glasses and hat to fly off. He threw the first punch (even though he was the one cutting in line) because he felt that the other man was aggressive and was about to hit him.
No arrests have been made.
