A Nashville man has been arrested after reportedly attacking a woman with a biscuit.
On August 19th, police were called in response to a domestic disturbance. A woman told the police that she was in the backseat of her boyfriend's car when Jeffrey L. Tomerlin threw a biscuit at her face. He then charged after her and punched the hood of the car, leaving a large dent, and reportedly was threatening to kill the woman.
According to the affidavit, he was an “unreasonable annoyance” to others in the area as well.
He was arrested on a charge of public intoxication, with an intoxication level so high that officers felt he was a danger to himself.
