Ellen Pompeo is on the cover of Net-a-Porter's "Women in Television" issue along with Emma Roberts, Gabrielle Union and Gina Rodriguez.
In the middle of their group interview, Ellen brought up a big issue: the lack of diversity among the staff running the photoshoot.
She continued to talk about how white people should be better allies to minority groups...to which Gabrielle and Gina both nodded yes.
