A Reddit user went out on a date with a woman who ordered lobster and an $90 bottle of wine. He refused to pay for her portion of the bill and only covered his.
When he reached out to her after the date and asked if she'd like to go on another date, she said "After what you did last time you expect me to go out with you again? wow"

The man replied by saying:
"So? You invited me, lol! You are lucky you didn’t pay for my food too. Plus I got a carbonara and a beer while you got lobster and €80 ($91) bottle of wine. My food was €17.50 ($20) while yours was €110 ($126). And you were really expecting me to pay that? I’m a student not your sugar daddy."
She went on to say that she'd never go out with him again and that if he couldn't pay for a girl's food, then he shouldn't go out with anyone.
First of all, she shouldn't have just expected him to pay her bill and even if she DID expect it, she should at least be polite and not order the most expensive things on the menu! Looks like she was just looking for a free, fancy meal - but she got stuck footing her own bill! OOPS!
