A source close to Demi said that she recently checked herself back into rehab in Hawaii.
She allegedly admitted herself after Twitter users bullied her about 21 Savage memes - which led her to delete her Twitter account.
Demi had recently exited a 3 month rehab program following her July overdose.
Demi is supposedly dating Henry Levy, who was Demi's sober companion after she left rehab most recently and he is also a recovering addict.
