Metro Nashville police responded to a shoplifting call at the Target on Charlotte Pike. When they arrived on the scene, they found the suspect still in the parking lot...pleasuring himself inside his car, just before 11am.
He was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure, criminal impersonation and outstanding warrants for vandalism & theft of property. He was convicted prior for assault and robbery AND was tried for a 1999 murder.
