The Nashville Fire Department continuously goes above and beyond to save lives every single day, but, when they aren't out fighting fires -- they're doing amazing things like surprising Xander, a 4 year old pediatric cancer patient, for his birthday!
The Nashville Fire Department made a special trip to see 4-year-old Xander at the Children's Hospital at TriStar Centennial last week for the child's birthday.
Fire crews brought trucks and even extended their ladder to wish Xander a "Happy Birthday" from his window before paying a visit to his room.
