Last year, Kayla Myers reported that artist, Soulja Boy beat and kidnapped her. Since then she has filed a lawsuit for the alleged assault, claiming that he hit her in the head with a gun while being told she was going to die. This incident also involved one of his male assistants. As the assistant is also being sued for sexual battery.
Soulja Boy argues that Myers, is a bitter ex-girlfriend. Myers, also claimed she suffered from three fractured ribs and a bruised face.
