As the Coronavirus spreads companies are asking that employees stay home. Reports of U.S. travelers from East Tennessee have caught the Coronavirus from their travels this past month to Japan. You may see the masses with face masks from the airport to the grocery store. While this may help a bit, before the thought of being quarantined comes into play, you may want to plan ahead.
Be sure to have plenty of dry and canned foods. Things like rice, pasta, beans, oats and tuna are filling and you can survive off othem. We're always told to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. In this case if you find yourself quarantined, you want to have a gallon of water per day for every person in your home. Be sure to have laundry detergent, feminine products and diapers if needed. The most important thing to remember is to have at least 30 days worth of needs.
