It's not everyday that you get the first African American female principal dancer to teach you ballet techniques. In this case you do. During the time of the coronavirus shutdown, many are finding new skills to learn or trying things they never got the chance to do. Taking advantage of the time, female principal dancer, Misty Copeland is teaching a ballet class. In the class students will learn techniques, foundational exercises and a deeper appreciation for ballet.
The class will be offered on Masterclass.com, a platform that features various classes from business to entertainment professionals.
