The pandemic has left children to be homeschooled, parents to work from home and some without jobs. Nashville Inner City Ministry and Gimmie A $5 stores have noticed and are packing a bus with new products for families in need. The Giving Bus launched in April and delivers household items to inner city communities.
The ministry owns about 55 buses and vans. They have visited three neighborhoods since beginning. Instead of having everyone come to them, The Giving Bus goes to them.
