During a briefing this morning, Mayor John Cooper said there will be a curfew in place in Nashville. Beginning tonight, June 1st from 10PM to 6AM Tuesday morning. This will mark the third night of curfew that went into effect at 8PM Sunday, after a day where violence erupted following peaceful rally downtown.
The demonstrations were in response to the killing of George Floyd last week in Minnesota.
