A change is on the way, if it hasn't been noticed already. Besides the pandemic our lives have changed. During these times we have seen the killing of a Black man, George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, heard of Breonna Taylor's killing and countless more that have been unheard and unseen. It's no secret that systemic racism is very well alive. Warner Brothers seems to be doing their part when it comes to awareness of this problem.
They have made the film Just Mercy, free to watch on digital platforms for the entire month of June. The 2019 films starred Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Foxx. The story is based n the work of civil rights attorney, Bryan Stevenson.
"To actively be part of the change our country is so desperately seeking, we encourage you to learn more about our past and countless injustices that have led us to where we are today," says Stevenson.
