Netflix adds Black Lives Matter as a new genre after The Help concerns

With protests around the killings of Black men and women by cops worldwide, companies are are attempting to let the voices be heard. In response, Netflix has added a Black Lives Matter category to highlight the voices, arts and stories of Black artists. On late Tuesday night, Netflix added the category under its "Genre" tab. The additional 25th category will appear on the streaming service globally.

Titles include Spike Lee's biographical drama Malcolm X, Barry Jenkin's Oscar winner Moonlight, Ava DuVernay's documentary 13th and more.
