AMC Pushes Back Movie Theater Reopening by 2 Weeks

As the world begins to open with no signs of a vaccine or cure, the largest movie theater chain, AMC plans its opening. Initially the chain had plans to reopen mid-July. They have recently pushed the date back to July 30 for the first 450 U.S. locations. The remaining 150 locations will open the following week.

During this time they had to delay the release of "Mulan" and "Tenet" to August dates. AMC expects it will open worldwide by early August.
