Today we got our first look at Taron Egerton as a young Elton John in the upcoming musical biopic, Rocketman. Now some of you may know Taron Egerton from his role in the Kingsman, which in my opinion was a really good movie! I highly suggest you watch both of them!
Well today we got a first look at his new role portraying Sir Elton John. From what I've seen the movie focuses on Elton John’s beginnings, starting when he was a prodigy at the Royal Academy of Music and then carrying on over to when he reached global fame. The movie will arrive in theaters on May 31, 2019. I will say this after seeing the photo below, he's pretty spot on looking like Elton!
