As of 12:20p this afternoon, according to reports from TMZ, Chris Brown was free to leave jail and was released on his own recognizance without bail.
According to reports from TMZ, Chris Brown along with two members of his team have been arrested after a woman claimed she was raped by Brown in a hotel.
The French authorities have detained Chris Brown in custody for alleged aggravated rape and narcotics offenses. According to reports, the woman said she met Brown between January 15-16 overnight at club Le Crystal. They went back to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and thats where the woman claimed she had been raped.
Investigators will have two days to decide to file preliminary charges or to let Brown go.
