Todd and Julie Chrisley best known from their popular USA Network reality show 'Chrisley Knows Best', are in some hot water on a number of federal crimes.
They have been indicted by a federal grand jury today for multiple financial charges. These charges include wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, conspiracy to commit bank fraud, and tax evasion.
According to US Attorney Byung J. Pak, the Chrisley's had allegedly tried to fraud numerous banks with falsified documents and financial records in order to receive millions of dollars in loans. They also allegedly conspired with an Roswell based accountant to avoid paying federal taxes.
