Now that we are in October, there will be plenty of stories coming out about ghosts and what not. Now, do I believe in them...yes. Have I ever encountered one...no! Sometimes my 2 year old will freak me out when he say he see his 'Pa' who passed away before he was even born, but that's for another story for another day!
Security cameras at a hospital in Chandigarh, India caught something on their cameras that have people thinking ghosts are in the hospital! The footage shows a wheelchair moving suddenly from a cluster of chairs and then down one of the hospital’s ramps. Some are saying that the wheelchair rolled down because it was near a ramp, but if you watch the footage below, you see the wheelchair move around like it has a mind of its own and the chair even makes a few turns!
