Fans think 'The Simpsons' Prediction About Tom Hank Came True

Some people say if you want to look towards the future, you'll need to watch 'The Simpsons' and for some fans, they believe they just predicted another big one involving the coronavirus.

Not only did the show predict the coronavirus in 1993 episode ‘Marge In Chains’ as Springfield is infected by a far-eastern virus, but now it looks like they predicted Tom Hanks going into quarantine in the Simpsons Movie.

Fans believe that the writers predicted Hanks would self-isolate himself one day during a small cameo in the movie, which saw Hanks advertising a “new Grand Canyon”.

In the movie there's an ad where he says “the US government has lost it’s credibility so it’s borrowing some of mine” before saying, “this is Tom Hanks saying, if you see me in person, please, leave me be”.

What do you think? Did The Simpsons get another thing right?!
