We've all heard and seen the stories about toilet paper hoarding at various stores. I mean, I watched people actually fight over it! Costco is now putting a stop to people hoarding toilet paper. Costco's has now enforced a "1 per membership" rule on toilet paper purchases. Costco also isn't playing around when it comes to this rule either!
They have a store employee supervising the area to make sure customers follow the new rules. Also, Costco stores have posted up signs stating that returns will not be accepted on toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizing wipes, water, rice and Lysol.
