With a sad heart, it pains me to write this up. WWE icon, Joseph Laurinaitis, AKA Road Warrior Animal has passed away. According to reports from TMZ, Laurinaitis passed away Tuesday night of natural causes.

Laurinaitis is considered one of the best in-ring performers of all-time and part of one of the greatest tag teams of all time. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2011 and just last year on the Battleground Podcast, we had the chance to sit down with the legend for a one on one interview which you can hear below.
