The COVID vaccine release for public use is getting closer and according to a recent survey, roughly four in ten Americans say they would "definitely or "probably" not get a vaccine. Several companies are looking at requiring employees to get the COVID vaccine as a condition of employment.

According to a Dallas labor and employment attorney, "Under the law, an employer can force an employee to get vaccinated, and if they don't, fire them". The attorney goes on to say that a couple of his corporate clients are considering the mandatory option.

There are a few exceptions such as the Americans with Disabilities Act which allows a worker who doesn't want to be vaccinated to request an exemption. What would you do if your employer required you to get the vaccination to continue working there? How do you feel about the vaccination? Are you going to get the COVID vaccination?
