Most people are taught to pour a beer by tilting it so that as little foam comes out as possible. Well apparently, that way is more harmful to your stomach!

Apparently when you pour it without the foam, the foam still makes its way to your stomach. Once you eat (as most people do when they drink), the food hits the foam causing it to expand in your stomach - which can cause you to feel bloated!
