The Preds have a new member of their team, just in time for the playoff push.
Devin Roque, an 8-year old, signed an "endless contract" with the Preds and made his first appearance at the team's practice.
Devin took a few warm-up shots on goalie Pekka Rinne, huddle in the team practice to strategize for the next game, and hung out with the team today.
Devin is in the middle of a year-long treatment for Rhabdomyosarcoma, a type of cancer that affects soft tissue. He'll be able to ride the Zamboni during one of the intermissions at Thursday night's game against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
