Just a little over a year ago, Deja Vu Gentlemen's Club closed up their doors at 12th and Demonbreun in downtown Nashville and moved to their current location on Church Street.
Well, now we know what the FUTURE of 12th and Demonbreun looks like, thanks to final plans that are set to be submitted next week, according to The Tennessean.
The three-tower project is set to break ground in August, and the long-time strip club will instead be a triad of office and residential buildings. The first tower will consists of offices and parking with about 5,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Future plans are for either a condo or hotel, some form of entertainment, and about another 35,000 feet of retail space to welcome guests into downtown Nashville.

Personally, I'm excited for the the drastic change to my daily commute! No offense to the old Deja Vu, but it was sort of an eyesore coming off of I-40 onto Demonbreun every day. This will look a LOT nicer for people visiting Nashville for the first time
