Following a controversial incident where two black men were arrested and escorted out of Starbucks, the company's CEO Kevin Johnson has announced that all of it's US stores the afternoon of May 29th for "racial-bias training".
Johnson said in a statement "While this is not limited to Starbucks, we're committed to being a part of the solution. Closing our stores for racial bias training is just one step in a journey that requires dedication from every level of our company and partnerships in our local communities.
The program will be designed with guidance from members of the NAACP, Anti-Defamation League, and the Equal Justice Initiative, among others.
Reaction to the news has been largely positive on social media.

What do you think? Good move for Starbucks?
Either way, make some other plans on May 29th for your afternoon coffee run.
