Sleeping In On Weekends Can Help You Live Longer

If you're someone who REALLY REALLY freakin' loves sleep, some good news.  You're probably not gonna die young.

A new study from a doctor in Sweden shows that people who sleep in on weekends live longer, even if they get less than 7 hours of sleep per night during the week.

The project studied people who often averaged only five hours of sleep per night during the week, but caught up on the weekends, and found that "weekend compensation" sleepers lived just as long and were just as healthy as those who averaged 7 hours per night during the week.

Sleeping in is considered nine or more hours.

So, next time you sleep in and someone calls you lazy, just inform them that they'll die before you
