Kylie Jenner wanted to take a moment on Father's Day and show appreciation for her Dad, just as most of us did yesterday - with nostalgic pictures of her childhood.
This appears to be a very sweet, nostalgic post showing Caitlyn (formerly Bruce) Jenner spending some quality arts and crafts time with his two girls - Kylie and her sister Kendall.
But, of course, because the internet can't have nice things, people are NOT happy that the picture a) was posted on FATHER'S day, and b) that all five pictures on the photoset portray Caitlyn before her transition.
This is going to be very unnatural for me, but I'm about to defend a Kardashian.
Understanding that yes, Caitlyn Jenner is a female and identified as a female long before the physical transition took place....Caitlyn IS Kylie Jenner's biological FATHER. She is still "dad" to his two girls. In fact, she's even discussed that part of their lives in depth in past interviews, and last year Caitlyn herself posted a Father's Day post recognizing the time they spent together as a family.
So all of this to say...LAY OFF KYLIE JENNER.
This will be the first and last time those words ever come out of mouth..er...keyboard.
And Happy Belated Father's Day to all the Dads out there who helped make us the people we are now.
