Based on the average income and debt ratios, the website says the maximum spend for someone in the Metro area is $1,007 - a 4% increase over 2017 holiday spending.
The city of Franklin boosts that number significantly. Franklin residents rank 56th out of 500 cities in max spend with just over $1,300. Murfreesboro is the next Tennessee city on the list, with an average spend of $754.
Other cities in Middle Tennessee are as follows:
Nashville Proper - $671
Clarksville - $646
Jackson, Knoxville, Memphis, and Chattanooga were also in the Top 500.
