2019 Oscars Will Not Have A Host

Originally, comedian Kevin Hart was set to host the 2019 Academy Awards. But following backlash over old tweets that were considered homophobic and anti-LGBTQ+, he was removed from the position.

Since then, there has been a lot of speculation as to who would host The Oscars, and we finally have an answer.

No one.

It's the first time since 1989 the awards will not have a host. That year, the show started with a super weird musical number from Rob Lowe and Snow White, and ended with a bunch of celebrities basically singing about how bad the production was.

We'll see what happens, I guess! The Academy Awards will air on February 24th on ABC.
